RATES & FEES

First level support:
If your problem can be fixed in a couple of hours or needs a new function, button added or hosting etc…

$25 per half hour billed monthly (ex GST)

Second level support:
This is when your site requires mechanical support and requires some thought into fixing the problem and may take a few days

$25 per half hour billed monthly (ex GST)

Third level support:
We would recommend this to a client who requires help maintaining their online presence and keeping content relevant and up to date.

Retainer – package per month include SEO, content development, UX recommendations, eDM’s etc
